Although it’s not essential to have an account to shop with “treatwell.co.in”, you can shop as a guest. As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration form. Registration where prohibited under any law shall be void. “treatwell.co.in” reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, “treatwell.co.in” shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the price of the products, or information of the products or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. All the images provided on the website are for reference purposes, exactly the same is not possible.

Orders for Delivery Outside Kochi

Unless otherwise specified the products on this website are directed for delivery only within Kochi, Kerala, India. We do not represent that any item referred on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside Kochi. If you choose to access this website from locations outside Kochi, Kerala, India you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.

Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the fruits are subject to seasonal availability of fruits.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order.

We may Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible, or Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item, or If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

Privacy and Communications

When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name,address, Email address). For details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Statement.

To fulfill our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.

The contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order (“Order Confirmation E-mail”).

Prices

Products are invoiced in INR at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

Payment

You may pay for the items which you order On-line by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure On-line order form. We regret that we cannot accept cheques.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by Email.

Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using Email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

Delivery

Deliveries are made seven days a week.

We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen date, you are entitled to cancel the order and we will refund in full any charges which have been debited in respect of that order.

If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer service On-line quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which makes it understood that the goods were received in good condition. However, if upon opening the package you find something missing or broken, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services On-line , one day before the delivery date . Same day orders cannot be cancelled .As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you will be charged for the delivery.

If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us .

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange for a Redelivery. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Costs

We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

  1. Items we delivered to you in error;
  2. Items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect;
  3. Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.
  4. Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Products and services delivery – Date and Time slots:

The time slots provided at the time of checkout can be selected by user. These are preferred date and time slots of customer. We strive to do deliveries on the selected date and time slot but it is NOT A GUARANTEE. We are committed to do delivery of products and services ordered until 24 hours of the requested delivery date and time slot. Failing to do so we will refund the amount, not before that.

  1. For day time delivery, delivery time ranges from 9 AM to 9 PM
  2. No refund will be made in case orders fails to be delivered within provided time slot.
  3. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
  4. Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days etc. The order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances and order will be executed on the consecutive days.

Delivery:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Treatwell’s shipment. Thereafter TREATWELL will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

If recipient receives the products in damaged condition

  1. Recipient should check the products delivered (cakes, flowers, any other) before signing the receipt.
  2. If product delivered found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform Customer Care.
  3. Any issues with the products delivered should be reported within 4 hours of receipt, after that no request of replacement or refund will be entertained.
  4. In case of badly damaged products, replacement will be provided. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.

Minimalistic and cosmetic damages like –

  1. Name/ message on cake not written.
  2. Name and message not attached with flowers.
  3. Cream of cake / decoration on cake / flowers packaging issues – will not be eligible for refunds/replacements until unless they are severely damaged.

Same day Orders

We allow users to select the same date of delivery on which he/she is placing the order i.e. order delivery and order placed date is same. We attempt to do same day delivery of the requested products but DO NOT PROMISE so.

We will process same day delivery orders within 24 hours of requested date and time slot.

Treatwell takes same day orders for day and evening time slots till 5 pm. It is attempt to do same day delivery and not a promise, though we make our 100% effort to deliver on the same date as order placed.

Refund Policy

Refund in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in Cancellation policy, kindly refer the same.

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.

The refunds are only initiated once the customer confirms over mail that where the refund has to be done.

Refunds are processed to your payment method within 15 working days.

Address Change requests

Change in the address is permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Within 24 hours period before delivery, if address is changed you will be charged.
  2. Sometimes the address change request cannot be accepted, in that case order will not be refunded or cancelled.

Pincode Requirements

It is user responsibility to provide correct pincode in the address of delivery. The pin code should map to the correct delivery address. Sometimes address mentioned does not correspond to the the pin code of that area.

If pin code entered in the address section is incorrect then following cases arise –

  1. Address entered is of Non-Serviceable area, the order stands cancelled and NO refund will be initiated – The system checks pincode for delivery verification and may accept order when pincode entered is of serviceable area and address is not.  
  2. If our team contacts you regarding wrong pin in address, and you want to get delivery done to new pin code, the charges of the newly added pin code will apply. The order cannot be cancelled and refunded in case you do not wish to pay for correct pin code’s charges.

Alterations to this website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the on line shopping Terms and Conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
